UFC light heavyweight champ not worried about Machida’s style

Jones (14-1, 7-1 UFC) said he isn’t worried with Machida’s unorthodox karate style. Machida (17-2, 9-2 UFC), who has a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt make him famous with his very unorthodox which helped him start his career 16-0. Machida said his losses to Rua and Jackson changed the type of fighter he is, and that makes him dangerous, “I learned a lot from the experiences, since winning the title and then losing it. I am a completely different fighter.”

So, This is really a matchup that is worth watching. Owners of the most unique styles in mixed martial arts today, UFC light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones and former titlist Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida will meet in the Octagon in the main event of December 10th’s UFC 140 card at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre.

The Ultimate match up bout between Velasquez of the US and Dos Santos of Brazil will be held on the 12th of November 2011 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The event is going to be broadcasted live on the Fox network and will feature a full hour program that will be preceded by a preliminary card. The preliminary card will feature fights in other weight classes such as the light heavyweight bout between Aaron Rosa and Matt Lucas and a lightweight bout between Clay Guida and Ben Henderson.
