It would be dead normal to see athletes to see a bigger physique than that of a normal person. This is true especially for those who are engaged in events that require them to use huge amount of energy and force, such as boxing, basketball, tennis and many more. Almost all events require that players be in their “big form” for them to perform all. Although we must also consider the fact that there are also athletes that are not that big and still perform well. Anyway, for those who are engaged in sports, they know the advantage of having bigger physique because most often than not, this would naturally give them the advantage over their opponents. This is the reason why there are those that see to it that they do just fine in making their physique be bigger than what they have before.

The process is simply called body building and with the aid of proper supplementation of certain food like fish or meat our body becomes healthier with creatine benefits which is naturally produced in our body thru the skeletal muscle cells. In this case, you make sure that your muscles become fully developed, aware of the fact that more developed muscles can produce more power and energy needed to make them perform in their full potential. However, we must remember that this process should not only involve simple weight lifting and other activities thought to make muscles expand and increase in size. There are also things to consider like what is pct or post cycle therapy and what is its significance for the conduct and success of the said activity. Body building is great and thus has a lot of benefits especially for people like athletes who really need to appear big but it is also important to note however that this is not just a simple procedure because one wrong move can also lead to some serious problems. Remember, too much of something good can turn out to be bad sometimes.

It only took 5 minutes and 53 seconds (almost 2 rounds) for Manny Pacquiao to knock the now former IBO and Ring Magazine’s Junior Welterweight Champion Ricky Hatton in their showdown last May 2, 2009 at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The victory was a real surprise to everybody even for Manny’s fans.

Even before the match begins, the tension was already at its peak. The entrance of the warriors was already an attraction. At first, it will appear that Manny Pacquiao will be the first to enter the ring since he is the challenger and Ricky Hatton is the champion. But since Manny Pacquiao is the defending pound-for-pound king, it ended up that Ricky Hatton entered the ring first. Without much further adieu, the match momentarily commenced.

At the beginning of the first round, both fighters were eager to start a brawl and at the sound of the bell, both fighters exchanged blows immediately. The style being shown by the Junior Welterweight champion was monotonous. He was just charging forward without weighing his chances of getting hit. This was indeed in favor for Manny Pacquiao. Manny was the one who made the first hit. It was a right lopper punch that caught the attention of the British champion. In the following sequences, Pacquiao was able to hit the unguarded Hatton with his right hook punch and made the defending champion kiss the floor. However, Hatton was able to get up and still continued to be aggressive. Just near the end of the opening round, Manny’s left straight sent Hatton down again. In the succeeding round, “The Hitman” seems to have recovered from the damage and was still aggressive and fighting “Pacman” head on. Hatton connected some good punches but were returned immediately by Pacquiao and inside the last 10 seconds of the 2nd round, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao’s left hook knocked Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton out cold literally. The count was no longer needed and referee Bayless crossed his arms to signal the early end of the match dubbed as the Battle of the East and West.

Earlier news that stated that Hatton said Pacquiao has many flaws was an ironic one. For me, Ricky Hatton was not weak not all. He has just taken Pacquiao lightly that he just charged recklessly without any defense to the dynamite punches of the defending pound-for-pound king and the new IBO and Ring Magazine’s Junior Welterweight champion, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao who has claimed his fifth world title. Since Hatton was too confident in defeating Pacquiao, this lost will be big to him as it will hurt his pride as well as his manhood.

Episode 3 featured the difference of the training intensity of both Pacquiao and Hatton. It also ventured the comparison of their sparring sessions as well as the exchange of spicy words by their trainers (Freddie Roach for Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Sr. for Hatton). It also showed some of the arrival of Manny’s mother to United States to see her son in action for the very first time. On Hatton’s side on the other hand, they (HBO) showed his family and stated there how Hatton and his one brother have forsaken their family line in the field of football for the sake of boxing.

The said sequel episode to the first two was yet again a great appetizer for the upcoming battle of the east and the west. However, negative reactions have been given by the viewers because the said presentation was cut short in the end leaving the viewers hanging. Because of this, we are sure to expect that the concluding episode of this prefight presentation will be a great one, or else, HBO will be rained with negative verdicts from the people.

The tension is getting higher as the historical bout of Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and Ricky “Hitman” Hatton is fast approaching (May 2, 2009 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas).

The side of the British Lightweight champion appears to be saying much about the fight. First Hatton said that he is confident in knocking out Pacquiao inside of three rounds and giving negative criticisms to the victories scored by Pacquiao over David Diaz and Lately, to Oscar dela Hoya. Following that, Hatton’s trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. said that Hatton will surely win the fight but not by knock out or a decision, but by stop down of Pacquiao’s corner as his boxer will surely beat and pound Manny. The latest is the statement of Ricky himself that Pacquiao is a one-dimensional fighter which means he is very predictable. Surely, Hatton said aggravating words that might make Pacquiao to unleash his “bombs” in the fight night.

In contrast, the side of the reigning pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao is staying quiet and seems to show that the statements of the Hatton side is not affecting them. This scenario is the same with his fight against dele Hoya where he was the acclaimed underdog but all of a sudden, he turned the whole table around.

Much has been said by the Hatton side, but if I were them, I will quit saying these things before Manny Pacquiao make them swallow all their “words of wisdom” for Pacquiao.

Various comments have been made when the 4-episode pre-fight presentation of HBO to the highly anticipated Light Welter Weight showdown against Manny Pacquiao and Ricky Hatton on May 2, 2009 at the MGM Grand at Las Vegas was released. The first two of the four episodes have already been out.

The first episode was clearly a showcase of the reigning pound-for-pound king Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao. There they showed his endeavors in his way towards his success. It also showed the other side/s of Pacquiao. Also one of the features of the first installation of the pre-fight HBO presentation was the passion of his coach Fredie Roach in accompanying the fellow Filipino into his success. In this episode many have commented that Manny Pacquiao will be able to beat Hatton.

The second episode was on the other hand an episode for the other contender, Ricky “Hitman” Hatton. There they also showed his perseverance in preparing for this big fight that might make him realize all of the words he have said before about Manny Pacquiao’s wrong sense of achievement as he puts on the line his title as the world welter weight champion. This episode on the other hand has incurred various negative criticisms to both Ricky Hatton and his trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr.

Episode 3 will be released on April 25, 2009 and probably episode 4 will be out on the very Saturday of the fight night (May 2, 2009) and thus in totality, this presentation will be a great appetizer to the fast approaching and highly anticipated showdown of the Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton.

As the historical match of the acclaimed pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao and Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton is fast approaching, a word war is going on to the trainers of the both fighters. Fredie Roach said that he is confident that Pacquiao will knock out Hatton in no time inside of three rounds. This time, the trainer of Hatton, Floyd Mayweather Sr. said that he is confident that the chances of Ricky Hatton to win against Manny Pacquiao are very high. He also added the victory will be scored, not by a knock down or knock out but by a stop down (submission).

These will be a testament on how confident the trainers are to their trainees, but at the same time will give much pressure to both of the athletes. Let the fight decide who’s going to win, who’s going to surrender. Pretty sure, both the Hitman and the Pacman will show us a very intense and action-packed fight that will once again make history.

The IBO junior welterweight champion from Manchester said that Pacquaio’s victories over David Diaz and Oscar dela Hoya has given the pound-for-pound king false sense of achievement. He also said that Pacquaio will also get into another dangerous fight second to that of his fight with Marquez who sees himself as the toughest opponent ever for Pacquaio. These words will surely show the confidence of the acclaimed Hitman. On the other hand, Pacman’s coach, Freddie Roach has said that Pacman will be able to knock Hitman inside of three rounds thus showing again his confidence to the ability of Pacman.

Hitman said that he is still at his prime at 140 lbs. and that it takes a good fighter to beat him up. Well, by facing the Pacman, he might have the chance to finally meet the guy he is looking for. This will be sure a very good match. It will make history when the East finally meets the West!
